The SMS Brunei Prihatin for the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans, DANA for 2024–2025 has collected BND94,867 from the public. The SMS Brunei Prihatin handover ceremony took place at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex, Bandar Seri Begawan, 27th November afternoon. Also held was the launching of the 'SMS' Brunei Prihatin for DANA 2025-2026 and the presentation of donations in the form of coupons for the purchase of school equipment and stationery for DANA Orphans for 2026.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of the DANA Board of Trustees and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. AWANG Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism, as Member of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Board of Directors and Member of the DANA Board of Trustees.

The ceremony witnessed the presentation of collections from DST, Progresif and Imagine customers, as well as the launch of the 'SMS' Brunei Prihatin project for DANA 2025–2026. The project, which will run for nine months, starting on 27th November of 2025 until the 27th of August 2026, allows the public to channel donations to orphans via SMS without any service charges.

DANA also presented donations to 2,224 orphans in the form of coupons worth BND70. The coupons can be used at 23 companies that supply school equipment and stationery.
